Being in the "Other" category doesn't mean that an article is less important than those found elsewhere. Some things just don't fit easily into a category, or fit into too many categories at once. This section includes anything that didn't fit elsewhere, such as:
- Various word studies.
- Comments and in-depth studies about various passages in the Bible (including extended "commentaries" on various passages).
- "Anything else" that I haven't put elsewhere.
Note that some word studies and passage studies will be found elsewhere, when they do fit under a specific topic.
Studies that focus on one word (or a group of words) or on a specific topic. These may be based on the English word (sometimes based on a specific translation of the Bible) or on the original languages the Bible was written in (mostly Hebrew and Greek). They may be very "in-depth" (looking at every use of the specific word) or abridged (selected verses only).
Comments About SCRIPTURE PASSAGES
Most of these will be something like "mini-commentaries," or studies on selected passages.
This is an extensive study of the entire book of Job. It includes a "mini-commentary" on the book, as well as various articles that focus on specific issues related to it.
"DIAGRAMMING" a Scripture Passage
This is one specific technique for studying Scripture passages. It can be used on single verses or entire books of the Bible.
Just what it says!
If it's about the Bible, it's important... even when it doesn't fit somewhere else on this website!
For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. (Romans 15:4)
